Former Crypto Executive Sues Over Alleged Stablecoin Scheme
Max Glass, an ex-executive at RWA Company, has filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court alleging wrongful termination and fiduciary betrayal by co-executives Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian. The dispute centers on the development of M^0, a stablecoin infrastructure provider backed by Bain Capital and Galaxy, which later facilitated MetaMask's mUSD launch.
Glass claims he was coerced into relinquishing rights as the company pursued stablecoin opportunities without him. M^0 has since become a key player in bridging real-world assets with DeFi, processing millions in transactions. The case highlights the cutthroat competition and legal risks in crypto's stablecoin sector.
